I've always been to lazy to do so, but my weight has gotten way out of hand..
My current status is:
Weight : 63 kg = 138 lbs
Height : 157 cm = 5'1½
Leaving me with a BMI of 25.6
Which mean i'm a little bit overweight..
So I've worked out a program to lose weight
- ½ Hour of free workout everyday
- ½ hour of running 1 a week
- 1½ swimming 1 a month
- ½ hour of dancing 3 times a week
- 3 days of watching what I eat
- No candy unless special event.
My goal is to reach 55 kg = 121 lbs.
