Day 1

Today was my first day of losing weight.


Breakfast : 
1 cup of coffee, with four tsps sugar and a little peice of cake

Lunch:
A sandwich in burger buns, mayo, chickenbreast, salad, and tomato
a pear
2 Toast, cheese and ham
fruit cookies

Afterschool
1 toast with cheese and ham
two small almond cookies.

did 40 minutes workout, 
about 20 minutes for stretching
5 min. for legs
5 min. for pushups
10 min. for situps.

Introduction.

I feel fat, and I'm not happy with myself, so I've decided to lose weight.
I've always been to lazy to do so, but my weight has gotten way out of hand..
My current status is:
Weight : 63 kg = 138 lbs
Height : 157 cm = 5'1½
Leaving me with a BMI of 25.6
Which mean i'm a little bit overweight..
So I've worked out a program to lose weight


  • ½ Hour of free workout everyday
  • ½ hour of running 1 a week
  • 1½ swimming 1 a month
  • ½ hour of dancing 3 times a week
  • 3 days of watching what I eat
  • No candy unless special event.

My goal is to reach 55 kg = 121 lbs.
